The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Wine undergoes the following treatments: spinning, stabilisation and filtration.

We have four bottling lines. On all of them, wine bottling is carried out by the heat method, which guarantees maintaining all flavour and aroma values produced in the process of maturing.

Wine undergoes a multi-stage filtration to remove all micro-organisms hazardous to the product. Water used to rinse bottles and technological air also undergoes filtration.

Our own modernly equipped microbiology laboratory supervises the production process.
